This whole thing is evolving. When I started I didn’t know I would be getting so serious about things.

This little space looked to me like a good spot to try and grow some herbs. It is right off the porch and I can easily step out and grab what I need when cooking.

This was when I had zero clue what I was doing. I just sprinkled all kinds of old seeds all up and down the walkway. All of them of the herb variety. But the only thing that popped the Cilantro. And I love cilantro!!! So that was a win. So just recently, (May 1st) I have started cleaning it up and pulling the weeds trying to just leave the cilantro intact. I do see a little ragweed in this picture though. It is about a half-size plot compared to the new ones I have been digging alongside it.

I also just planted some “Long Purple Eggplant” seeds between the cilantro and the house, in that small corner. I don’t know if I will even like to eat it. But I like eggs, so its gotta be good, right!?
